Tasting Room

We have several incredible spots to showcase our wines, both outdoors on our patio and inside at our tasting table, at the bar or in our comfortable living room.  Outside you’ll find some of the most jaw-dropping views in Paso, inside you’ll find a refreshing modern industrial setting with distressed black metal, glass and stone, complimented with warm wood and colorful furniture.  For groups larger than eight people, please call us at (805) 835-7382 or email us at Info@cientocellars.com.

Vineyard Tour

Ciento’s estate vineyard is comprised of gorgeous undulating and welcoming rows, offset by dauntingly steep slopes.  There’s a reason we call the Mourvedre escalera or “ladder” block.

Vineyard tours are available by appointment, but please wear good hiking shoes and prepare yourself to break a sweat!

Join Antonia and I for our first ever Winemaker Dinner!  We’ll be dining under the stars, enjoying Ciento Cellars wines paired with an exceptional 5-course dinner prepared by Chef David Slay, a rockstar chef from Manhattan Beach, CA.  Saturday, October 19th, 5:30-8:30pm at Ciento Cellars.  Seats are limited!
