“CIENTO” was born out of two inspirations. “Cielo” or heaven in Spanish and “Viento” or wind. In other words, “Heaven Wind.” It also happens to be the number one hundred in Spanish, perfection in the world of wine.

For us this is not about perfection, though, it’s about joy, creativity, hard work and family. If perfection comes our way someday, we’ll be doubly blessed.

Indoor Tasting

Friday-Saturday-Sunday, 10:00am – 4:00pm

Our indoor tasting options include a sublime tasting table, our comfortable living room and our gorgeous bar, all with incredible views outside and inside. Come check out our “wall of windows” that looks into the winery itself.

Each Tasting Fee of $35 per person is waived with the purchase of two bottles of wine.

Outdoor Tasting

Friday-Saturday-Sunday, 10:00am – 4:00pm

Taste through our current release while taking in some of the most jaw-dropping views in Paso. Our outdoor tasting tables can comfortably accommodate eight people. For groups larger than eight, please email us at Info@cientocellars.com.

Harvest Dinner 2027

Friday, October 15th & Saturday, October 16th, 2027

Our Harvest Dinner is one of our favorite events of the year! Harvest is winding down (usually!), allowing us to exhale and the weather is turning to that perfect crisp, unmistakable Autumn vibe. We love celebrating under the stars with our Wine Club members and their guests. This year, we’ll be doubling the celebration with two nights instead of one! Each night will be limited to 6o guests.
