First Taste! Dinner

Friday, March 26th & Saturday, March 27th, 2027

Our inaugural First Taste! dinner this past March was an incredible success!  Chef Rachel Ponce once again showed why she’s the best in the business.  The cuisine was exquisite and her creative pairings with Ciento’s pre-release wines were perfect.  We’re excited to host this event for Wine Club members over two nights in March 2027.  Each night will be a small intimate affair limited to 24 guests each night.

Spring Pick-Up Party

Saturday, May 15, 2027, 4:00-8:00pm

We’ll be bottling our next vintage in April 2027 and look forward to celebrating with Wine Club members at our Pick Up Party in May!  Come taste the latest release wines alongside fantastic food pairings and customize your wine club shipment.  We’re excited to see everyone!

Harvest Dinner 2027

Friday, October 15th & Saturday, October 16th, 2027

Our Harvest Dinner is one of our favorite events of the year!  Harvest is winding down (usually!), allowing us to exhale and the weather is turning to that perfect crisp, unmistakable Autumn vibe.  We love celebrating under the stars with our Wine Club members and their guests.  This year, we’ll be doubling the celebration with two nights instead of one!  Each night will be limited to 6o guests.
