“CIENTO” was born out of two inspirations. “Cielo” or heaven in Spanish and “Viento” or wind. In other words, “Heaven Wind.” It also happens to be the number one hundred in Spanish, perfection in the world of wine.

For us this is not about perfection, though, it’s about joy, creativity, hard work and family. If perfection comes our way someday, we’ll be doubly blessed.

Our indoor tasting options include a sublime tasting table, our comfortable living room and our gorgeous bar, all with incredible views outside and inside. Come check out our “wall of windows” that looks into the winery itself.

Outdoor Tasting

Taste through our current release while taking in some of the most jaw-dropping views in Paso. Our outdoor tasting tables can comfortably accommodate twelve people. For groups larger than eight, please email us at Info@cientocellars.com.

We’re thrilled to introduce a new annual event for wine club members, our First Taste! Dinner. This will be a an intimate dinner for 28 wine club members in our Winery. Wine Club members will preview the next vintage of wines that will only be days from being bottled. Chef Rachel Ponce will once again be showing off her incredible talents and creativity, pairing her cuisine with our pre-release wines.
